Returns

We profoundly believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from ODY COUTURE. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning and refunds of a product.

For any undamaged product, simply return it in original condition with accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you. We issue refund or offer an exchange after inspection of the returned items. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns.

To initiate a return, please send a message through the Contact Us page. Make sure to include your name, the product in which you are returning and reason for the return. A member of our team will response back to you with the return approval and a returning address.

Once item is shipped back to the returning address, please message us with the tracking number. Once product is received and assess for condition, full refund will be issued back to the original payment. If product is received in a damaged condition, buyer will be notified to work on alternative solution.
