 Yes, all transactions on ODY COUTURE are secure.  Our website is run with an SSL encryption system that protects your personal and payment data.

ODY COUTURE does not retain any credit card information.

 

How do I know the status of my order?

After you place your order with ODY COUTURE, you will receive several emails providing you with information on each stage of your order process.

 

When will my order be process?

Once you place your order on ODY COUTURE, please allow 1-2 days for our staff to process and ship your purchase.

What are my shipping options?

ODY COUTURE offers FREE standard shipping for orders in U.S. However, during your checkout stage, you have the option to select express shipping if needed.

 

When will my express order be process?

All express shipping request will be process within 12-24 hours.

Orders received BEFORE 10am PST will be shipped within 12 hours.

Orders received AFTER 10am PST will be shipped within 24 hours.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number for your package.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

Please know that ODY COUTURE will only ship to address enter when the order was place. Shipping address cannot be change after the order is place.

When will my package be delivered?

On the day the shipping carrier is due to deliver your order, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is out for delivery.

 

Will I need to sign for my package upon delivery?

Depends on order.

Order value above $250 will require signature upon delivery.

 

 What shipping carrier will deliver my bag?

Almost all orders using our Standard FREE shipping program will be delivered by UPS Ground shipping. Delivers within 4-6 business days.

Orders going to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. BOX, APO or FPO will be delivered via USPS.
